French Château Style Villa with Full Custom Arch Windows

A private luxury farm villa in Laos, designed in the European classical château tradition. The owner required a complete bespoke window and door system to complement the building's ornate arched façade — all units manufactured to custom non-standard dimensions with precision arch profiles.

CrownNova supplied and installed 21 units across 7 distinct specifications, covering everything from the grand entry pivot door to floor-to-ceiling arch casements and large fixed-plus-opening panoramic systems.

Why This Project Was Challenging

All-Custom Arch Profiles
Every arch window was manufactured to bespoke non-standard radii (R740 and R890). The curved aluminum top rail is precision-bent at the factory — no site cutting. Each arch is thermally broken to prevent condensation in the tropical climate.
5+19A+5 Glazing System
The 19mm argon-filled airspace between the two 5mm tempered glass panes delivers superior thermal insulation (U-value < 1.8 W/m²K) and acoustic performance — critical for a rural estate in a humid tropical environment.
German HOPPE Hardware Throughout
All casement windows use imported German HOPPE multi-point locking handles and precision-engineered hinges — engineered to withstand 200,000+ open/close cycles. Hardware is the same specification used on luxury European residential projects.
Cross-Border Export to Laos
Manufactured in Foshan, Guangdong. All units were packaged with bespoke wooden crating to protect the arch profiles during international freight. Full customs documentation and door-to-site delivery coordinated by CrownNova's logistics team.
Large-Format Panoramic Systems
The W-06 and W-07a units span up to 3,289mm wide and 3,670mm tall — requiring heavy-duty frame construction and multi-point locking to handle wind loads. Each unit was pre-assembled and shop-tested before shipping.
Full QC Before Dispatch
Every unit was inspected at factory for dimension accuracy, glass integrity, hardware operation, and powder coat finish. A video QC report was provided to the client before loading — standard CrownNova procedure for export projects.
